Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship in the US.  We will be expanding soon!

 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is received, then a shipment notification email with a tracking number when your shipping label is created, and a delivery confirmation email once successfully delivered. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update with USPS.


Please Note: damiaSKIN is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced shipments. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. Please make sure you double check the “ship to” address! Any returned packages will be refunded minus the shipping fee.  

 

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on your address and your order. You will have to review the shipping costs at the time of purchase. 

 

What shipping courier do you use?

Currently we ship all of our domestic orders with USPS.

  

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping on Domestic Orders $100+. Use code: FREESHIPP

 

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept debit and credit card payments only at this time.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do not have the ability to change or modify orders.  

 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed.  Please review our return policy at: https://damiaskin.com/pages/refund-policy

 

My products arrived damaged, what can I do?

We want to know when this happens. Please notify us at cs@damiaskin.com within three business days of your products being delivered if there was an issue with the shipping carrier.

 

Are you all-natural?

We are not all natural since we do use preservatives in our bawdy scrubs.  However, we are parabens and sulfate - free meaning that are products are considered clean skincare.  We also do not test on animals.

 

Can your products be used on children? 

Yes we have used these products on young children.  However, we do recommend you use your own discretion and do a small test on the skin before using.

 

Oh no, I had an allergic reaction!?

We're sorry to hear that! If you're prone to allergic reactions, make sure to thoroughly review our ingredients list prior to purchasing. damiaSKIN cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen free environment. 

 

Does my product expire/freeze/melt etc.?

If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker, thinner, or separated texture. Use products within 12 months of purchase for best product quality.

 

My product has separated, what now?

If your product separates in the bottle, we ask that you simply shake it up or stir it before you apply it. The best technique is to turn the bottle upside down (with the lid closed!) and roll it back and forth between the palm of your hands.
